Data deletion

Delete everything yourself (instant)

  1. Sign in → Accounts → disconnect your Instagram account. This deletes its token, automations, and activity log immediately.
  2. Sign in → Settings → Delete account. This removes your Hookline account and everything tied to it.

Via Meta (automatic)

If you remove Hookline from your Instagram account's Apps and Websitessettings, Meta notifies our data deletion endpoint and all data linked to that Instagram account is deleted automatically. You'll receive a confirmation code from Meta referencing the deletion.

Lost access-code accounts

Access-code accounts hold no identifying information, so we cannot look one up for you — that's the point of them. An abandoned account's Instagram tokens expire on their own within 60 days, after which its automations stop permanently.
